Refund policy

Every product at Tura Turi has been made with a lot of love, and we hope you will not need to use this page :)

NON REFUNDABLE / RETURNABLE / EXCHANGE ITEMS
1. For reasons of hygiene, we allow no return or exchange of Malmal Swaddles, Bibs and Burp Cloths.

2. Onesies and Sleepsuits for babies are eligible for exchanges only

3. Items bought on Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. 

4. Items from limited edition collections like Holi and Christmas are eligible for exchanges only, and not returns

5. Unstiched Fabric is not eligible for return or exchange

6. Items that have been used or washed by customer are not eligible for exchange or return. 

7. Returns or exchanges can only be booked once per order. Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further return or exchange.

 CANCELLATION

If you have placed an order by mistake and want to cancel it, please email us immediately at piyalenterprises@gmail.com with 'ORDER CANCELLATION' in the subject line. Please mention your order number at the time of cancellation.

  1. If we have not yet dispatched your order, we will cancel the order and arrange for a complete refund within 7 working days.
  2. If you cancel your order after we ship out the product,  you will need to raise a return request once you receive the product. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds sections for more information.

ADDRESS CHANGE / UNDELIVERED ORDERS DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS

1. We request you to always double check your address & phone number before placing your order.
2. We are unable to make any changes to your order details once an order has been shipped.
3. The courier company will return orders with wrong or incomplete shipping information back to us.
4. Once returned to us, we will deduct a flat fee of Rs 150 and refund you for the rest of your order.
You can place a fresh order with updated details.
5. For Express Orders with wrong shipping details, the shipping charge will be deducted while issuing your refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sometimes when you shop online, you may go wrong with the size you buy. Especially when you're buying pure non-stretch malmal for babies. No worries! We are happy to exchange for size / design.

  1. You can raise a return or exchange request at the link given below, withing 7 days of receiving your order - https://www.turaturi.com/apps/ezy/returns
  2. Please raise your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order
  3. Once we receive your request, we will arrange for the return pick up** (read terms below).
    Please keep the item packed with original bill and tags
  4. No return and exchange request would be accepted if it is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  5. All exchanges will be done after we receive the returns and check it for any damages.
  6. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower value, we will ship the desired product / size. You will be issued a credit note for the balance amount, to use on your next purchase
  7. If you want to exchange your product with another design/product of higher value, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Upon payment, your new order will be confirmed and shipped out. CoD is not available during exchange transactions.
  8. Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for an exchange
  9. Please note that this entire process could take up to 10-12 days. If you need a new size sooner, please place a fresh order, and mark your previous order as a return. We will refund you for the older order, once we receive it (please see section on Refunds)

** Reverse Pick Up
-
We use third party couriers for reverse pick up. 

- Reverse pick up can only be booked from the original shipping address.
- Reverse pick ups are only attempted twice, after which it will be marked as cancelled. In such case, you will need to send back the courier to us at your cost.
- If you are unavailable during reverse pick up, or do not hand over the correct items, the pick up request will be cancelled by the courier. Once cancelled, we will not be able to book the reverse pick up again, and you will need to ship us back the items at your cost.
- In case your pin code is not serviceable by us for return pick ups, we will request you to send us the package back to our registered address in Mumbai. A credit note for Rs 75 will be issued to you for this.

  REFUNDS

 1. Shipping and COD charges are not refundable. You will be refunded only for the product being returned. For orders that availed of free shipping during initial purchase, a shipping fee of Rs. 75 will be deducted while issuing a refund. For COD orders, Rs 150 (Shipping + COD) will be deducted from final refund.

3. Please raise your returns request within 7 days of receiving your order

4. Once we receive your returns request, we will arrange for the returns pick up. Please keep the item packed with original bill and tags.

5. No return and refund request would be accepted if it is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

6. Once we receive your return, we will check for damages, and issue your refund within 7 working days.
*Refunds are issued every Monday. Your refund will be issued on the Monday following the date we receive your order.

7. Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for a refund

8. Refunds / exchanges will not be processed if we receive an item that has been used or washed. All returns to be in original, unused condition with tags and packing material intact.

9. If you have entered a wrong address / phone number and the product is returned to us, we will issue a refund after deducting a fee of Rs 150. 

    COD Undelivered Returns
    We offer COD to all our customers across India. 
    COD charges will be calculated at cart checkout.
    If you have ordered via COD but not accepted the delivery at final destination, we reserve the right to cancel further COD orders from your account. However, you can continue to place prepaid orders for easy shopping.

    * Unstitched Fabrics are not eligible for COD orders.

    DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS IN ORDER
    If the products you receive are damaged or there are missing items, then please mail us at piyalenterprises@gmail.com and send us an image as well as an unpacking video. Please include the image / video of the courier packaging as well. This will help us investigate the claim and help you with a quick resolution. 

    UNSTITCHED FABRIC, MUSLIN SWADDLES & BURP CLOTHS
    We do NOT accept returns on Muslin Swaddles, Cotton Bibs and Burp Cloths for reasons of hygiene.

    We do not accept returns on Unsitched Fabric
